How long does it take to get my reading?

I aim to complete your reading within 24hours from time of purchase (Monday - Friday). However, sometimes due to volume this is not always possible. 99% of the time, they’re completed within 24hours.

My reading is late what should I do?

If you could allow some extra time for me to complete it, that would be amazing. I am not always able to work weekends and please remember, it is just me and me alone completing all of your readings, sometimes due to personal issues/volume it’s not always viable 100% of the time to complete your reading within 24hours.

Am I able to get a physical copy of the reading/sketch?

Unfortunately I do not offer this. My clients are based all around the globe so for now it’s just the digital copy you’ll receive to your email address (the one you left at checkout).
